Self-erecting surge system, pulsejet cleaning baghouse with a nominal 58,000 cfm, exhaust damper and stack, triple axle portability, triple auger dust discharge and frame mounted electrical panels. 30,000-gallon capacity single compartment liquid asphalt storage tank. Unit is equipped with an unloading pump, metering pump, twin axle portability. Control house (mounted on a common frame with the surge system) includes Astec blending controls, baghouse controls, a burner control with chart recorder and silo load-out controls. Air compressor, 750 KW genset and miscellaneaous ductwork and auger are also included. |
